RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept the return of the product and refund the full amount (where applicable).


Products can only be returned in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.


Request your return authorization number by sending an email to contact@yaamato.com

, indicating the reason for the return and attaching photos or a video of the product to support your request. Once approved, you will receive the return authorization number and the address of the nearest warehouse to which you can send the product you wish to return.


To ensure your refund, please use a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.


Once the package is received, the products will be inspected and a full refund will be made to the original method of payment. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address you used for your original purchase.


LATE OR UNPROCESSED RETURNS


We issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, which means the money leaves our account immediately. If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Processing times often vary before refunds are recorded. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the funds have been credited back to the card. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


What is the delivery time?


All orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. The average delivery time is 3 to 10 days.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?


All tracking numbers will be sent to the customer by email as soon as tracking information becomes available.


I entered the wrong shipping address — can I change it?


If this happens, please email us as soon as possible and we may be able to fix it. However, we cannot promise anything, as all our items are typically processed immediately after your order and are shipped the same day or within a few days. If your order is already being shipped, we will not be able to stop it.


We are not responsible if you have provided an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and simply follows the information you have provided.


Can I cancel my order after placing it?


Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.

If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover restocking and refund fees charged to us by credit card companies.


Invalid Reasons:


The buyer no longer wants the items — this is the most common example that we cannot accommodate if we wish to continue offering good value at Yaamato. The buyer must ensure they wish to purchase the items before placing an order, not after. Once an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in the order.


The buyer found the items cheaper elsewhere — the buyer must ensure they are willing to pay the listed prices before placing an order. Once an order is placed, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in the order.
