Shipping processing time


All orders placed before 2 p.m. are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few extra days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, duties, and taxes

The store is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipment are the responsibility of the customer (customs duties, taxes, etc.).

Damages

The store is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.


Return policy


Our return policy is 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept the return of the product and refund the full amount of your purchase (if applicable).

Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be refunded.

Request your return authorization number by sending an email to contact@yaamato.com, indicating the detailed reason for the return and attaching photos or a video of the product to support your request. Once approved, you will receive the return authorization number and the address of the nearest warehouse to which you can send the product you wish to return.

To ensure a refund, please use a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages. Once the package is received, the products will be examined and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address you used for the original purchase.
