ARTICLE 2: ORDERS

Automatic registration systems are considered proof of the nature and content of the order. Yaamato® confirms acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided. The sale is finalized upon validation of the payment by Yaamato®, that is, the date of payment validation for orders paid online by credit card. Yaamato® reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer involved in a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. Once an order has been placed, it is immediately processed by our services and therefore cannot be cancelled.

ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

As long as our offers and their prices are visible on the site, they are valid. The availability shown when the customer visits the site depends on Yaamato®’s stock and, of course, that of its suppliers.

To create our showcase and sales catalog, we work with databases enriched with information provided by our suppliers. This database contains hundreds of items, not all of which are stored in our own warehouse, so our offer is subject to the availability of items from our suppliers.

Only if an item is permanently out of stock from our suppliers will it be removed from our sales offer. In other cases, a restock may occur within a specified timeframe.

When an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be informed by email or via the invoice for the shipped products in the case of a multi-item order.

Order delivery time: when placing an order and in the order confirmation, customers are informed of a delivery time. This period is calculated by adding the shipping time of the chosen transport method to the longest delivery time among the available products.

From the moment the order is placed until it is shipped, the customer may cancel it.

. This reservation is made with an announced release date provided by the publisher when the pre-order phase opens. This release date may be changed at any time by the publisher, who is solely responsible for marketing its product.

In any case, Yaamato® will make every effort, once the final release date is reached, to ship the items to customers who pre-ordered, within the limits of the stock allocated by the publisher for that release date.

ARTICLE 4: PRICES

Prices indicated in dollars are considered net, excluding shipping costs. This price includes the cost of the products, handling, packaging, and storage fees. Prices may change at any time without notice, it being understood that items will be billed based on the rate in effect at the time of order registration. All orders are billed in euros and payable in euros. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include a contribution toward preparation, packaging, and postage expenses. Please remember to group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping charges will apply to each one.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT

You have several payment methods available that offer maximum security. You can pay:

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY

We deliver to your home or to a pickup point. Delivery time includes the time needed to prepare the package plus the time needed for transport. Yaamato® delivers worldwide. The buyer is informed by email of the different stages of the order process: preparation and delivery.

Delivery time includes both preparation and transport by our carrier. The stated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days is valid from the time the buyer receives the shipping confirmation email. The delivery time announced by the carrier does not commit Yaamato® to a longer delivery period.

ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - WITHDRAWAL

The items supplied by https://yaamato.com

 are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those available in traditional stores and come from all listed publishers and suppliers.

If an item is defective or non-compliant, the buyer has 30 business days from receipt of the items to request an exchange or repair. If the thirty (30) days expire on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

The customer must return the new and unused items in their entirety and in their original undamaged packaging, along with all accessories, instructions, and documentation (in original cellophane and with the corresponding invoice). In such a case, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) found (description and attached photos) to contact@yaamato.com

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Yaamato® is obligated to refund the sums paid by the customer free of charge, except for return shipping costs. The refund must be made within a maximum of 30 business days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or those purchased using a promotional code are non-refundable.

Customized items are also non-refundable.

Please note that each ring is unique and may vary by up to 20% in size and weight due to its handcrafted nature. This variation is not a valid reason for return.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

In the event of a refund, we guarantee that it will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned package. Cash-on-delivery payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 9: TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - TRANSFER OF RISK

Ownership of the products passes to the buyer only after full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date of said products. Furthermore, the transfer of risk of loss and damage of the products occurs only upon delivery and receipt by the buyer.

Yaamato® is the producer and owner of all or part of the databases that make up this site. By accessing this site, the customer acknowledges that the data contained herein is legally protected and agrees not to extract, reuse, store, reproduce, represent, or retain, directly or indirectly, on any medium or by any means, all or any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of the databases appearing on the site accessed.

ARTICLE 11: LIABILITY

 databases have been entered based on information provided by publishers. Yaamato® is not responsible for the content of the works and cannot be held liable to the buyer. Yaamato® cannot be held responsible in cases of force majeure (strike, flood, fire, etc.).

The products offered comply with current French legislation. Yaamato® declines all responsibility if the delivered item does not comply with the legislation of the destination country (censorship, title or author ban, etc.). Yaamato® is not responsible for the content of websites linked through hyperlinks from its own site.

ARTICLE 12: APPLICABLE LAW

All clauses contained in these general terms and conditions of sale, as well as all purchase and sale transactions referred to herein, are subject to England law.

ARTICLE 13: ACCEPTANCE BY THE BUYER

These general terms and conditions of sale and price lists are expressly approved and accepted by the buyer, who declares and acknowledges full knowledge thereof, thereby waiving the right to invoke any contradictory document, in particular his own general purchasing conditions, since the act of purchase implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
